Finished Product Quality Technician

• Training in FPII Clinical or Biomedical Laboratory, Industrial Chemistry, or similar.

• Minimum experience of 1 year, preferably in the cosmetic sector.

🤝 What will your day-to-day be like if you join the Quality team?

• Provide quality training to personnel on the packaging lines.
  Incident management.

• Define the error timeframe.

• Inform and report to the Quality Manager regarding incidents occurred, their importance, and their impact on the production process.

• Collaborate with production personnel for the prevention and resolution of errors and incidents.

• Immediately immobilize, both at a computer level in the system and with the relevant sticker.

• Collection and filing of samples and documentation.

• Placement of finished product samples in the sample library.

• Pallet inspection.

• Ensure compliance with GMP's in production.

• Collection of rinse water samples during line cleaning and nozzle scraping.

• Quality control of finished product in the warehouse.

• Calibration of quality control equipment and production lines (pressure gauges, dynamic and static scales).
