Senior IP/MPLS N2 Support Technician

We are looking for an N2 IP/MPLS Technician to join our client's SNOC, providing advanced support in the operation, diagnosis, and resolution of incidents on the Fusión IP network.

• Analysis and resolution of N2 incidents on the Fusión IP network.
• Advanced troubleshooting of IP/MPLS networks.
• Analysis of routing protocols: BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, and MPLS.
• Incident management and actions via IGRI and network managers.
• Operation and troubleshooting on Nokia, Huawei, and Juniper equipment.
• Diagnosis of routing, connectivity, interface, traffic, latency, packet loss, and service degradation issues.
• Execution of authorized configurations and actions on the network.
• Management and monitoring of critical incidents until service recovery.
• Coordination and escalation with other support levels, engineering, and manufacturers.
• Documentation of diagnosis, actions, and resolution.

• 3+ years of experience in operation and support of IP/MPLS networks.
• Hands-on experience in Fusión IP environments or carrier IP networks.
• Solid knowledge of BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MPLS, VLAN, QoS, and Ethernet.
• Experience with Nokia, Huawei, and/or Juniper equipment.
• Proficiency with IGRI, managers, and network monitoring tools.
• Previous experience in SNOC/NOC is highly valued, along with knowledge of their operating processes.
• High capacity for troubleshooting, analysis, and resolution of critical incidents.
