The role

At Capgemini Engineering, we want to join a Vehicle Planning Engineer to our team to participate in an automotive sector project, being responsible for the planning and coordination of the vehicles required for the different validation phases.

What you'll do

Your mission will be to guarantee the correct planning, availability, and coordination of vehicles and resources, monitoring project needs and adapting the planning in the face of possible changes.

You will manage the request and planning of vehicles for the different phases and special tests.
You will monitor and update the planning according to the project needs.
You will coordinate with the validation teams to manage changes and new needs.
You will evaluate the availability and quantity of simultaneous vehicles required according to the global planning.
You will provide support in the collection and delivery of vehicles to the optical tunnel.
You will participate in internal and consortium meetings related to vehicle planning.
You will prepare presentations to communicate and monitor the status of the planning.
You will coordinate the request for additional vehicles resulting from project and/or product changes.
You will manage the reservation and coordination of tracks, transport, and parts.
