V&V Engineer

To feel at home in this role, you should have:

• Degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Software, Aerospace, Telecommunications or similar).
• Interest in software development and quality in critical environments.
• Basic knowledge of the software life cycle, testing, or validation.
• Motivation to learn about certification standards (such as DO-178C or others).
• Analytical skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented approach.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• High level of English, necessary for documentation and an international environment.

• Previous or academic knowledge in embedded software or critical systems.
• Familiarity with software quality or certification standards.
• Previous experience (internships or projects) in testing, validation, or QA environments.

The person who joins will be responsible for, with the support of the team:

• Collaborating with design and development teams to ensure that the software meets quality and certification standards.
• Participating in software verification and validation tasks in critical environments.
• Supporting the review of processes and documentation associated with software development.
• Familiarizing yourself with standards such as DO-178C and regulations related to certification.
• Collaborating in the monitoring of suppliers, ensuring compliance with processes and requirements.
• Participating in the preparation of deliverables and technical documentation.
• Learning to identify possible deviations or improvements in development processes.
• Working in a coordinated manner with multidisciplinary teams in a structured environment.
