We’re looking for a creative and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to increase our HR Team.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at CapsLock, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talents to our company. Also, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process: from a partnership with hiring managers and understanding their needs to developing a recruitment strategy and its implementation.

Develop and implement strategies for searching and hiring qualified candidates.
Collaborate with the Sourcing team in spreading sourcing channels’ options.
Conducting interviews with qualitative assessment of skills.
Cooperate with hiring managers on interviewing the best fit for each role.
Prepare reports on recruitment activities.
Interplay with other team members and departments on new ideas and process improvements.
Use AI-powered tools to optimize processes and improve output quality.
