We are looking for a Sustainability, Quality and Environment Intern whose mission will be to support the definition, planning, and coordination, in accordance with Management, of the Quality, Environment, Energy Management, and Sustainability plans within the business area.
The functions you will perform are:
Collaborate in the implementation and maintenance of the Quality, Environment, Energy Management, and Sustainability management system processes according to ISO 9001 and 14001 standards.
Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of the information security management system within the organization, in accordance with the ISO 27001 standard.
Participate in the preparation of periodic reports: sustainability report, non-financial information statements, management reports, waste manager reports, etc.
Collaborate in the preparation, analysis, and evaluation of Quality, Environment, and Sustainability Management System documents, as well as in advising and training internal teams for their correct implementation.
Detect possible deviations and propose improvement actions.
Support the calculation of the organization's Carbon Footprint and the preparation of the documentation necessary for its verification and registration with the OECC.
Contribute to the management of sustainability data and indicators corresponding to the management system.
Provide support in the monitoring of the management system across different contracts (contractual and legal requirements, documentation, audits, non-conformities, monitoring reports, etc.).
