We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Quality Assurance profile to join our Operations Team.
The team's primary mission is to ensure excellence and the correct functioning of the bank's processes, services, and daily operations. We work by evaluating and auditing the quality of interactions with our customers in the Banking Center, ensuring that the highest internal standards and current regulations are met.
We collaborate in close relationship with different areas of the bank to promote a culture of continuous improvement, participating in key initiatives such as the creation of a new improvement application and the implementation of the customer Non-Conformity system.
We are part of a dynamic, collaborative environment driven by data analysis, satisfaction surveys, and the constant optimization of processes to guarantee a reliable, close, and maximum-quality service.
As Quality Assurance, you will be able to:
-Quality control and auditing: Review and evaluate the bank's operating procedures, performing periodic listening and reviews of customer calls in the Banking Center to guarantee internal standards and regulations.
-Error detection and continuous improvement: Identify inefficiencies or incidents in service and daily operations, proposing solutions to offer a more reliable service.
-Area projects and initiatives: Support projects in the Operations area, highlighting the creation of a new improvement application and the implementation of the customer Non-Conformity system.
-Monitoring tools: Collaborate in quality analysis and in the implementation and monitoring of new satisfaction surveys.
