Maintenance Technical Specialists

• Real year-round stability: Permanent contract directly with the company, full year. We don't stop in winter; we take advantage of the closure months to carry out planned improvement work, in-depth overhauls, and major preventive maintenance.
• Direct control of your facilities: Although you will move between our hotels in Mallorca, the route is organized and the sites are always the same. This allows you to know the machinery in detail, track its condition effectively, and have first-hand control of your installations, from start to finish, without any external contractor altering your work.
• Stable schedules (Real work-life balance): Day shift from Monday to Friday, organized according to pre-established schedules.
• Company tools and van: We provide a company vehicle equipped for your routes, a fuel card, measuring equipment suited to your specialty, professional tools, and certified high-quality PPE.
• Direct communication from technician to technician: You will report directly to the Corporate Maintenance Management. You will have total technical autonomy in your area and will work without intermediaries who don't understand your trade.
• Digital daily reporting without paperwork: You will record your preventive and corrective tasks quickly and easily through our CMMS program.

To ensure a good fit with the division's quality standards, the candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Experience: Demonstrable professional track record of 3 to 5 years working as a First-Class Tradesperson (Oficial de 1ª) in the discipline. 
• Mobility: Valid type B driver's license, necessary for managing routes with the company vehicle.
• Methodical approach: Ability to diagnose faults by always seeking the root cause of the problem, meticulousness in recording data in the CMMS, and a strict commitment to Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) regulations. 
• Experience: Demonstrable professional track record of 3 to 5 years working as a First-Class Tradesperson (Oficial de 1ª) in the discipline.

At Mac Hotels we are launching our new Specialized Technical Maintenance Division. The objective is very clear: to directly manage the most critical facilities of the chain (HVAC, Electrical and Fluids) with our own team.

Here we work with a structured preventive maintenance plan. We want to improve every day and focus on delivering quality technical work. We are looking to bring on board First-Class Tradespeople (Oficiales de 1ª) who bring technical rigor, can work autonomously, and strictly follow safety regulations.

We are looking to fill several positions within the new division. Please identify the technical discipline in which you have accredited specialization:

1. HVAC and Industrial Refrigeration Specialist (Refrigeration Technician)
2. Low Voltage Electrical Specialist
3. Plumbing Specialist or other hotel installations.
