Specialized Maintenance Technicians - Mac Hotels

At Mac Hotels, we are launching our new Specialized Technical Maintenance Division. The goal is very clear: to directly manage with our own team the most critical facilities of the chain (HVAC, Electrical, and Fluids).

Here we work with a structured preventive maintenance plan. We want to improve day by day and focus on doing quality technical work. We are looking to bring in First-Class Technicians who bring rigor, work autonomously and follow safety regulations.

To guarantee a predictive and high-quality work environment, Mac Hotels offers the following structured conditions:

• Real stability all year round: Permanent contract directly with the company, full year. We don't stop in winter; we use the closure months to carry out improvement renovations, in-depth overhauls and major preventive work in a planned manner.
• Direct control of your facilities: Although you will move between our hotels in Mallorca, the route is organized and the centers are always the same. This will allow you to know the machines in detail, track their real status and control your facilities first-hand, from start to finish and without any external contractor coming to modify your work.
• Stable schedules (Real work-life balance): Day shift from Monday to Friday, organized by prior schedules.
• Tools and company van: We provide you with a corporate vehicle equipped for your routes, fuel card, measuring equipment suited to your specialty, professional tools and certified PPE.
• Direct technician-to-technician communication: You will report directly to the Corporate Maintenance Management. You will have total technical autonomy in your area and will work without intermediaries who don't understand your trade.
• Digital daily report without paperwork: You will record your preventive and corrective work quickly and easily through our CMMS program.

Technical Services

We are looking to fill several independent positions within the new division. Please identify the technical discipline in which you specialize:

1. HVAC and Industrial Refrigeration Specialist (Refrigeration Technician)
2. Low Voltage Electrical Specialist
3. Plumbing Specialist or other hotel installations.

To ensure a fit with the division's quality standards, the candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Experience: Demonstrable professional career of between 3 and 5 years working as a First-Class Technician in the discipline.
• Mobility: Valid type B driving license, necessary for managing itinerant routes with the company vehicle.
• Methodical approach: Ability to diagnose faults by always seeking the root cause of the problem, meticulousness in recording data in the CMMS and a strict commitment to occupational risk prevention (ORP) regulations.

En Mac Hotels estamos lanzando nuestra nueva División de Mantenimiento Técnico Especializado. El objetivo es muy claro: gestionar directamente con nuestro propio equipo las instalaciones más críticas de la cadena (Climatización, Electricidad y Fluidos).

Aquí trabajamos con un plan de mantenimiento preventivo estructurado. Queremos mejorar el día y centrarnos en hacer un trabajo técnico de calidad. Buscamos incorporar a Oficiales de 1ª que aporten rigor técnico, sepan trabajar de forma autónoma y respeten las normas de seguridad.

Para garantizar un entorno de trabajo predictivo y de alta calidad, Mac Hotels ofrece las siguientes condiciones estructuradas:

• Estabilidad real todo el año: Contrato Fijo Indefinido directo con la empresa, a año completo. En invierno no paramos; aprovechamos los meses de cierre para realizar reformas de mejora, puestas a punto a fondo y preventivos importantes de forma planificada.
• Control directo de tus instalaciones: Aunque te moverás entre nuestros hoteles en Mallorca, la ruta está organizada y los centros siempre son los mismos. Esto te permitirá conocer las máquinas al detalle, llevar un seguimiento real de su estado y controlar tus instalaciones de primera mano, de principio a fin y sin que ninguna contrata externa venga a modificar tu trabajo.
• Horarios estables (Conciliación real): Jornada diurna de lunes a viernes, organizada por cuadrantes previos.
• Herramientas y furgoneta de empresa: Te facilitamos vehículo corporativo equipada para tus rutas, tarjeta de combustible, equipos de medición adecuados a tu especialidad, herramientas profesionales y EPIs homologados de calidad. 
• Trato directo de técnico a técnico: Reportarás directamente a la Dirección Corporativa de Mantenimiento. Tendrás total autonomía técnica en tu área y trabajarás sin intermediarios que no entiendan de tu oficio. 
• Parte diario digital sin papeleos: Registrarás tus preventivos y correctivos de forma rápida y sencilla a través de nuestro programa GMAO.

Servicios Técnicos

Buscamos cubrir varias posiciones independientes dentro de la nueva división. Por favor, identifique la disciplina técnica en la que acredita especialización:

1. Especialista en Climatización y Frío Industrial (Frigorista)
2. Especialista en Electricidad de Baja Tensión
3. Especialista en Fontanería u otras instalaciones hoteleras.

Para asegurar el encaje con los estándares de calidad de la división, el candidato deberá cumplir con los siguientes requisitos:

• Experiencia: Trayectoria profesional demostrable de entre 3 y 5 años ejerciendo como Oficial de 1ª en la disciplina. 
• Movilidad: Permiso de conducir tipo B en vigor, necesario para la gestión de rutas itinerantes con el vehículo de empresa.
• Enfoque metodológico: Capacidad para diagnosticar averías buscando siempre la causa raíz del problema, pulcritud al registrar los datos en el GMAO y un compromiso estricto con las normas de prevención de riesgos laborales (PRL).
