Industrial Machinery Maintenance Technician

You will be part of our maintenance team to ensure the proper functioning of the industrial machinery present in our production plants. Your task will be essential to ensure the continuity of the production process and to maintain the quality and safety that define us.

You will participate in tasks as important as:

• Assign, coordinate, control, and execute technical assembly activities.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial machinery (packaging machines, labelers, case packers, palletizing robots, ovens, fillers, etc.).

• Calibrate instruments related to the operation of the equipment.

• Carry out repairs and maintenance of electronic, electrical, and mechanical instrumentation.

You will work in an environment where technical precision, safety, and continuous improvement are fundamental pillars.

We are looking for a technical, resolute person with the ability to work autonomously and efficiently.

We would like you to bring:

• Training related to mechanical manufacturing, mechatronics, electromechanics, robotics, automation, or similar.

• Between 1 and 3 years of experience as an industrial machinery maintenance technician.

• Availability to work in the morning shift or night shift.

• Residence near Vic (maximum 30 minutes).

• Own vehicle to access the workplace.

If you also have this, it will be a plus:

• Experience with industrial robots and automated systems.

• Knowledge in fault diagnosis and interpretation of electrical or pneumatic schematics.

Participaràs en tasques tan importants com:

• Assignar, coordinar, controlar i executar activitats tècniques de muntatge.

• Realitzar manteniment preventiu i correctiu de maquinària industrial (envasadores, etiquetadores, encajadoras, robots paletitzadors, forns, embotidores, etc.).

• Calibrar instruments vinculats al funcionament dels equips.

• Dur a terme reparacions i manteniment d’instrumentació electrònica, elèctrica i mecànica.

Treballaràs en un entorn on la precisió tècnica, la seguretat i la millora contínua són pilars fonamentals.

Busquem una persona tècnica, resolutiva i amb capacitat per treballar de manera autònoma i eficient.

Ens agradaria que aportessis:

• Formació vinculada a fabricació mecànica, mecatrònica, electromecànica, robòtica, automatització o similar.

• Entre 1 i 3 anys d’experiència com a tècnic/a de manteniment de maquinària industrial.

• Disponibilitat per treballar en torn de matí o torn de nit.

• Residència propera a Vic (màxim 30 minuts).

• Vehicle propi per accedir al lloc de treball.

Si a més comptes amb això, serà un plus:

• Experiència amb robots industrials i sistemes automatitzats.

• Coneixement en diagnosi d’avaries i interpretació d’esquemes elèctrics o pneumàtics.
