Maintenance Technician for Fixed Installations

You will join our maintenance team to ensure that our production facilities operate safely, efficiently, and without interruptions. Your role will be key to ensuring the proper functioning of general services and the critical systems of our plants.

You will participate in tasks as important as:

• Perform maintenance on electrical systems, water pumps, boilers, air extractors, gas drainage, vacuum systems, and industrial refrigeration.

• Carry out installations and maintenance of Fixed Firefighting Systems.

• Prepare reports and log completed tasks using the company's computer tools.

• Detect, prevent, and alert about any risk situation that could cause accidents or damage to the facilities.

• Collaborate with the Continuous Improvement Circles, providing suggestions and participating in action plans.

You will work in a technical, rigorous environment focused on constant improvement.

We are looking for a methodical, resourceful person with the ability to make decisions autonomously.

We would like you to bring:

• Training in electricity and/or mechanics.

• Additional training in boilers and industrial refrigeration.

• Residence near Vic (maximum 30 minutes commuting distance).

• Adaptability, responsibility, and initiative in resolving incidents.

• Previous experience in industrial maintenance.

• Knowledge of safety regulations and risk prevention protocols.

Formaràs part del nostre equip de manteniment per garantir que les nostres instal·lacions productives funcionin de manera segura, eficient i sense interrupcions. La teva tasca serà clau per assegurar el correcte funcionament dels serveis generals i dels sistemes crítics de les nostres plantes.

Participaràs en tasques tan importants com:

• Realitzar el manteniment de sistemes elèctrics, bombes d’aigua, calderes, extractors d’aire, drenatge de gasos, sistemes de buit i fred industrial.

• Executar instal·lacions i manteniment dels Sistemes Fixos Contra Incendis.

• Elaborar informes i reportar les tasques realitzades mitjançant les eines informàtiques de l’empresa.

• Detectar, evitar i alertar sobre qualsevol situació de risc que pugui generar accidents o danys a les instal·lacions.

• Col·laborar amb els Círculs de Millora Contínua, aportant suggeriments i participant en els plans d’acció.

Treballaràs en un entorn tècnic, rigorós i orientat a la millora constant.

Busquem una persona metòdica, resolutiva i amb capacitat per prendre decisions de manera autònoma.

Ens agradaria que aportessis:

• Formació en electricitat i/o mecànica.

• Formació complementària en calderes i fred industrial.

• Residència propera a Vic (màxim 30 minuts de desplaçament).

• Capacitat d’adaptació, responsabilitat i iniciativa en la resolució d’incidències.

• Experiència prèvia en manteniment industrial.

• Coneixement de normativa de seguretat i protocols de prevenció de riscos.
