At Caser Residencial, we need to fill a Director position for our Care Center in Lorca.
Reporting directly to the Territorial Operations Management, your mission will be to comprehensively manage the Care Center, taking responsibility for the quality of care for residents and users, the performance and motivation of the teams, and the supervision of logistical and organizational aspects.
What you'll do
Their main responsibilities include:
- Comprehensive management and organization of the care center, its staff, and the provision of its services.
- You will be responsible for the fulfillment of the established objectives and budgets.
- You will manage Human Resources and materials.
- You will be responsible for the Profit and Loss account and for the expense control of the care center.
- You will be the interlocutor with suppliers for the provisioning of the care center.
