Caser Servicios wants to incorporate a General Services Manager into its team within the Caser Residencial business for our Málaga Care Center.

Reporting directly to the center's management, your mission will be to carry out the planning and control of the kitchen, cleaning, and laundry service tasks of the center.

Among your main responsibilities are:

• Defining work routes in accordance with the organization of the center.
• Ensuring optimal provisioning of the warehouses.
• Performing monthly monitoring of the operating budget through weekly and monthly orders.
• Guaranteeing compliance with legal, quality, and internal regulations applicable to the general services area.
• Resolving incidents with suppliers.
• Managing the kitchen, cleaning, and laundry team.
• Supervising and controlling diets in accordance with the menus prepared by the Organization.
• Controlling, monitoring, and overseeing general and operational CCPs and PRPs, and ensuring that every team member performs their function in relation to food safety.
