Caser Residencial wants to incorporate a Social Worker into its team for our Care Center in Bilbao.
Reporting directly to the Care Manager, your mission will be to plan and organize the center's social work through adequate objective programming and work rationalization.
What you'll do
- Carry out the reception, adaptation, and evolution of residents.
- Individualized social assessment.
- Care for families and residents.
- Continuous contact with organizations and institutions related to the social field (articulating networks).
- Reception of visitors to facilitate information regarding the center's different services.
- Administrative management of the social area.
- Orient and process the social resources necessary for the resident.
- Management of complaints and suggestions.
- Supervision of the services, activities, and functioning of the center.
- Quality control of the services provided.
- Economic-financial management.
- Participation in the center's HR management.
- In general, all those activities not specified above that are entrusted to you within your professional scope of competence and all the activities defined in the job's work procedure.
