AT CATALONIA HOTELS, a hotel chain in expansion, we are looking for a MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT for one of our hotels in central SEVILLE
The main tasks to be carried out are the following:
· Task planning.
· Performing preventive maintenance according to the quality manual. Filling out the corresponding form.
· Complying with corrective maintenance procedures according to the quality manual.
· Repairing and/or supervising breakdowns. Checking that breakdowns have been resolved.
· Carrying out the legionella prevention process. Completing the corresponding records.
· Ensuring that the facilities comply with current regulations.
· Responsible for directing the emergency plan.
· Maintaining and preserving the hotel's facilities and furniture in perfect condition.
· Diagnosing the condition of the facilities and reporting to the hotel manager.
· Promoting and carrying out energy saving and efficiency actions.
· Controlling stock and spare parts with management approval.
REQUIREMENTS
· Experience in a similar position.
· Technical studies + Installer licenses.
· Technical knowledge (electricity, gas, water, etc.).
· Commitment, rigor, and dedication.
