Maintenance Assistant - Hotel Alcudia Garden

What are the requirements for the position?

• Minimum education: Compulsory Secondary Education.
• Experience in a similar position (minimum 6 months in a hotel of similar category).

• Valuable basic knowledge in electricity, air conditioning, heating and DHW, catering machinery, plumbing, carpentry, sound, networks, etc.

Gross annual salary according to the hospitality collective agreement of the Balearic Islands.

At Garden Hotel Group, we are looking to incorporate a Maintenance Assistant into the Technical Services department of Hotel Alcudia Garden. Their mission will be to support all scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance work.

What will their functions be?

• Ensure that they have the necessary tools and materials to perform their functions and be responsible for their proper use.
• Collaborate with maintenance technicians in the tasks assigned to them.
• Check the condition and operation of their work equipment to ensure it is optimal and keep the workshop and areas where they carry out their activities in a perfect state of order and cleanliness.
• Execute all instructions and tasks assigned by their immediate superior with the greatest possible efficiency.
• Notify in writing of any incident that remains unresolved at the end of their shift, as well as review pending incidents at the start of their shift.
• Maintain the work area,
  equipment, tools, and other elements under their charge in a correct state of conservation, order, and cleanliness, immediately notifying their
  direct superior.
