The role
From Catalonia Hotels & Resorts, we are looking for a SECTION HEAD to join the kitchen team of our gastronomic restaurant SINTONÍA within the Boulevard hotel.

The main tasks to be performed are the following:
- Coordinate the kitchen station or section under your responsibility.
- Provide support, follow-up, and implementation of the Head Chef's demands.
- Prepare dishes for your station and supervise their finish and presentation.
- Supervise the cleaning and hygiene of the kitchen area assigned to your station and ensure the perfect condition of tools and facilities.
- Coordinate the work of the staff under your charge, distributing it according to the workload.
- Collaborate in the training of the staff under your charge.
- Participate in the control of supplies, preservation, and storage of goods.
REQUIREMENTS
- Professional studies in cooking.
- Experience in gastronomic restaurants
- Proactivity, dynamism, leadership.
- Availability to reside abroad.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, initiative, results orientation.
