The role

We are currently looking to incorporate a Station Chef into our dynamic team. At Radisson Hotel Group, we look for people who go beyond what appears on a resume: people with character, skills, talent, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.

As a Station Chef, you will bring to the kitchen team a new dose of creativity, a constant desire to learn, and a great passion for the art of gastronomy.

Contribute to the smooth running of the kitchen department, ensuring that all aspects related to the guests' dining experience at the hotel are carried out with the highest quality standards.
Work as a team to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, offering positive and agile responses to their inquiries and resolving any incidents that may arise.
Assume responsibility for the functions and tasks assigned to the position, ensuring that all work is carried out efficiently, punctually, and professionally.
Comply with the plans and objectives established for the department, contributing to the achievement of the hotel's initiatives and goals.
Collaborate closely with the direct supervisor, ensuring adequate control of costs and inventory, as well as compliance with established productivity and performance levels.
Create and maintain effective working relationships with the rest of the team, while simultaneously promoting the company's culture and values.
Ensure compliance with all applicable legislation and regulations, ensuring that due diligence procedures and best practices are correctly planned, implemented, and documented for internal and external audits, performing the necessary follow-up when appropriate.
