Hotel Receptionist 25h

From CATALONIA HOTELS & RESORTS we need to hire a RECEPTIONIST to work at our hotels located in the center of Barcelona.

The main tasks to be performed are as follows:

• Check-in/Check-out.

• Control and reading of room keys.

• Rental of safety deposit boxes.

• Cash reconciliation and handover to the next shift.

• Responsible for everything generated during their work hours. • Incident management, but not resolution.

• Luggage management.

• Room changes.

• Mail management.

• Room sales.

• Switchboard call management.

• Management of bellhop staff under their supervision.

• Contract of 25 hours per week.

• Rotating shifts.

• Fully stable position with real possibilities for growth.

• Competitive salary.

• Experience in a similar position.

• Studies in tourism.

• High-level English + Other languages are valuable.

• Customer orientation.

• Knowledge of SAP will be highly valued.

• Gestión de llamadas a centralita.

• Turnos rotativos.
