Night Receptionist

CATALONIA HOTELS & RESORTS is looking to hire a Night Receptionist to work at our hotels in Barcelona on the night shift.

The main tasks to be performed are as follows:

• Check-in/Check-out.

• Control and reading of room keys.

• Rental of safety deposit boxes.

• Cash reconciliation and handover to the next shift.

• Responsible for everything generated during their work hours. • Incident management, but not resolution.

• Luggage management.

• Room changes.

• Mail management.

• Room sales.

• Switchboard call management.

• Management of bellhop staff under their supervision.

• 40-hour weekly contract.

• Rotating shifts (mainly nights)

• Fully stable position with real possibilities for growth.

• Competitive salary.

• Experience in a similar position.

• Studies in tourism.

• High-level English + Other languages are valuable.

• Customer orientation.

• Knowledge of SAP will be highly valued.

Las principales tareas a desarrollar son las siguientes:

• Check-in/Check-out.

• Control y lectura de las llaves de las habitaciones.

• Alquiler de cajas de seguridad.

• Cuadre de caja y traspaso al compañero del siguiente turno.

• Responsable de todo lo generado en su horario de trabajo. • Gestión de incidencias, pero no resolución.

• Gestión de equipajes.

• Cambios de habitaciones.

• Gestión del correo.

• Ventas de habitaciones.

• Gestión de llamadas a centralita.

• Gestión del personal de botones a su cargo.

• Contrato de 40h semanales.

• Turnos rotativos (principalmente noches)

• Posición totalmente estable con posibilidades reales de crecimiento.

• Salario competitivo.

• Estudios en turismo.

• Inglés alto + Otros idiomas valorables.
