Requirements
What we're looking for
- University Degree or Higher Vocational Training degree linked to the field of
Economic and Business Sciences or Business Administration and Management, supplemented
with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience (verifiable) and/or specialized training.
- High proficiency in MS Office
- Extensive knowledge of the General Accounting Plan; adapted to non-profit Organizations
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Administration Area Manager and/or Economic-Financial Area Manager in similar organizations.

The role
Coordinate the action plans or policies regarding budgetary, economic-financial, and administrative management defined in the Organization and according to the guidelines of SSCC, in order to guarantee both their compliance, as well as the adequate provision of financial, administrative, and material resources for the delegation, in direct dependence on the Territorial Coordination of the Delegation and on the Territorial Coordination of Management if applicable.

- Implement and supervise both the administrative and justification processes established in the Organization, as well as the Delegation's information systems, ensuring their
knowledge by the work team under their responsibility.
- Coordinate and ensure the collections and payments of the Delegation
- Supervise and monitor the Delegation's budget, keeping the Territorial Coordinations informed; about the execution status of the programs, to enable
adequate decision-making.
- Perform, together with the other area managers of the Delegation, the formulation, monitoring, and economic justification of the Delegation's local and regional projects, before the different funders
- Coordinate the execution and economic justification of the state programs developed in the Delegation, guaranteeing compliance with the requirements demanded by the funders, both at an operational level and regarding expenditure eligibility and documentation.
- Coordinate and supervise the adequate filing of the necessary documentary supports in the area
- Lead the delegation's relationship with the Contracting Board in the processes within their scope of competence within the economic area and ensure the correct documentary filing of procurements with third parties within the board's archive.
- Develop and implement administrative and financial management tools, in coordination with the Organization's SSCC.
- Ensure the correct development of the Delegation's purchasing and investment procedures in coordination with CEAR's SSCC, guaranteeing the criteria of transparency and objectivity.
- Perform the control of the execution of subsidies associated with investment, equipment, and improvement works programs in the delegation, ensuring compliance with the budget assigned to said programs and the eligibility of the expenditure.
- Supervise the management of the delegation's properties
- Control the inventory of fixed assets owned by the Organization.
- Develop, motivate, and manage the work team under their responsibility, promoting the necessary training when required.
- Participate in the joint processes entrusted to them by the territorial or management coordination.
