The role
Perform the control, logistics management, and materials management for the CEAR Emergency Device in CEUTA, which will respond to the needs of the hosted persons, in order to guarantee the timely provision of necessary supplies. Reporting directly to the Management of the emergency device and the SSCC Emergency Coordination.
What you'll do
- Organize and manage the support services of the device: Cleaning, maintenance, reception, and concierge.
- Manage the device inventory and provide support in this matter to the center.
- Control and monitor the stock of materials.
- Manage suppliers with whom to create alliances for purchases and services for the center, in coordination with their supervisor.
- Manage, organize, and carry out purchases for the center.
- Control expenditure on purchases and report to their supervisor for the monitoring of the investment budget.
- Monitor the maintenance of the center's material resources and facilities: forecasting, identification of needs, possible repairs, etc.
- Organize the maintenance service.
- Monitor and organize repairs and works.
