The role

Perform all administrative tasks necessary for the correct management and economic justification of the emergency managed by the organization. Reporting directly to the Territorial Economic-Administrative Manager or the National Manager of Control, Budgeting  and Economic Justification

What you'll do

  • Perform the administrative management of the monitoring, management, and economic justification procedures of the emergency. (collaboration in monitoring economic execution and eligibility control).
  • Reconcile expenditure with the entity's accounting and review its eligibility, in accordance with the requirements of the emergency.
  • File the supporting documentation associated with the economic area.
  • Prepare the documentation necessary to respond to requirements from the funder. 
  • Provide support in internal and external audit processes and the review of economic supporting documentation
  • Collaborate in the maintenance of the quality management system implemented by the entity
  • Perform administrative procedures with funders, suppliers, and various organizations. 
  • Perform tasks assigned by their direct supervisor, within the scope of their competence
