The role
Manage CEAR's labor administration processes and personnel control in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central and Time Tracking/Time Off), ensuring correct Social Security affiliation and contributions (AFI/SILTRA-RED), hiring communications to SEPE (Contrat@), regulatory compliance, and data quality and integrity, providing reliable support to payroll and delegations. Reporting directly to the National Head of Labor Relations SSCC and, functionally, to the National Labor Relations SSCC Coordination.
What you'll do
