Main duties

Development and updating of BIM models for architectural projects.
Modeling of architectural and construction elements using BIM methodology.
Preparation and updating of graphic documentation associated with the model.
Interpretation of plans, construction details, and technical documentation.
Coordination of the BIM model with the different disciplines involved in the project.
Detection and resolution of possible interferences or inconsistencies in the model.
Generation of plans, views, measurements, and documentation derived from the model.
Application of BIM standards and procedures defined by the studio.
Direct collaboration with architects, engineers, drafters, and other technical profiles.
Participation in the different phases of the project, from initial development to executive documentation.
