Requirements
What we're looking for
- Experience in BIM modeling, management, and coordination: 3 years.
- Programming development in authoring and auditing tools: 3 years.
- Experience in managing Agile work teams
- Detailed knowledge of the BIM methodology
- Knowledge of ISO 19650, related to information management throughout the entire life cycle of a built asset using building information modeling.
- Functional knowledge of interoperability between systems, information flows, and data governance in BIM and engineering environments
- Broad knowledge of BIM modeling and mastery of market authoring and auditing tools: Revit, Civil 3D, Autodesk Construction Cloud, 4D tools, etc.
- Advanced knowledge in the use and configuration of CDE environments, including document structures, metadata, and access control.
- Solid knowledge in BIM and data systems architecture, with the ability to design, maintain, and integrate solutions between platforms such as Revit, Civil 3D, ProjectWise, iTwin, and corporate systems.
- Knowledge in the use of AI and automation applied to BIM environments, oriented towards data analysis, improving information quality, and supporting technical processes.
- Knowledge in GIS for the exploitation, transformation, and synchronization of geospatial data with BIM models.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of ProjectWise and iTwin (user and administrator level).
- Experience in the use of rendering and visualization tools.
- Knowledge in the development of automation and programming in Python, Dynamo (Revit-Civil3D), GIS scripts, and use of APIs.
- Mastery of databases and data analytics.
Education & certifications
- Higher Engineering degree. Preferably with a Master's in systems

You will be responsible for deciding which changes are made to the Systems within your scope of action, with which technology and in what timeframes, guaranteeing the required functionality, quality of service, and optimal attention.
- Lead improvement projects and initiatives to ensure operational excellence and efficiency, creating the planning and ensuring its fulfillment.
- Lead change projects and the implementation of solutions within the different businesses.
- Coordination of multidisciplinary teams, influencing them regarding the way they are implemented.
