What the role involves

As a fundamental part of our Technical Office at Ballenoil, your mission will be to ensure excellence and precision in the execution of our construction projects. You will be responsible for supervising that each design and technical report not only meets the company's quality standards, but is also viable, efficient, and free of technical errors before it is implemented on site.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional, capable of connecting office planning with the reality of the construction site. You will be a key player in optimizing resources, proposing innovative construction solutions, and ensuring that each project phase develops in accordance with the budgets and strategic objectives of the organization.

What you'll do

Some of your main duties will be

  • Review and correct the drafting and technical design of assigned construction projects.

  • Prepare accurate budgets based on the company's current price list.

  • Carry out field visits to verify the technical feasibility and progress of assigned projects.

  • Detect and correct technical errors in measurements and construction elements to avoid deviations.

  • Evaluate the alignment of each project with the company's model, standards, and global objectives.

  • Coordinate with the site management to establish priorities for the work fronts to be executed.

  • Propose construction alternatives that optimize costs, deadlines, and execution efficiency.

  • Manage the technical documentation of modifications during the construction phase and report on the performance of external engineering firms.

What we're looking for

Who we are looking for

  • Education: University degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Technical Engineering.

  • At least 3 years of experience in basic project management within the construction or engineering sector.

  • Advanced knowledge of PRESTO, AUTOCAD, and the Office suite, as well as solid knowledge of urban planning.

  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
