What will your role be?

Integrated into the Mobility area, you will be responsible for Defining and managing Trade Marketing operational needs and improvements to streamline and optimize processes, offering transversal support, ensuring the correct execution of communications, commercial plans, and the management of POS materials, as well as the efficient budget management of the entire area.

Main functions:

Responsible for the Commercial Plan of the Mobility Division in Service Stations (1500 Service Stations and all Business Areas BUs/BDs):

• Define the Touchpoint Strategy in the Service Station

• Coordinate the leaders of all Mobility areas to guarantee the most important campaigns of each area in the Service Station, prioritizing those with the most impact and those that are strategically most relevant.

• Coordinate and Prioritize messages in the Service Station of all Business Areas, ensuring the perfect Customer Journey and maximum commercial impact.

Responsible for managing and optimizing the entire communication process with the Service Stations:

• Integration and alignment of the different segmentations of each Business with the established communication priorities and objectives.

• Design, Development, and Execution of all communication and POS material in the Service Station. Including coordination with Design agencies, material production Suppliers, Logistics and installation services, Business Driver and Business Unit leaders, as well as the Service Stations.

• Resolve Trade incidents in coordination with the involved areas (Dealer SAC, Mkt and TM Manager, and Network).

Coordination of Promotion Analysis in Service Stations:

• Prepare, together with the BUs, BDs, Mkt and TM Manager, the data and approaches for Business Cases

• Design and Update the Dashboards and KPIs of the department's actions and pilots, in coordination with the Mkt Managers.

• Establishing the most relevant Key Learnings of the Commercial Plan as a whole, which will determine the next commercial plan.

Invoicing, Monitoring, and Budget Control:

• Coordination of the Trade Marketing investment budget of the Mobility division.

• Ensure the execution, contract management, and ordering from Suppliers and internal stakeholders.

¿Cuál será tu rol?

Integrado/a en el área de Mobility, serás responsable de Definir y gestionar las necesidades y mejoras operativas de Trade Marketing para agilizar y optimizar procesos, ofreciendo apoyo transversal, asegurando la correcta ejecución de las comunicaciones, planes comerciales y la gestión de los materiales PLV así como la eficiente gestión presupuestaria de todo el área.

Funciones principales :

Responsable del Plan Comercial de la División Mobility en EESS (1500 EESS y todas las Areas de Negocio BUs/BDs):

• Definir la Estrategia de Touchpoints en la EESS

• Coordinar a los líderes de todas las areas de Mobility para garantizar las campañas más importantes de cada area en la EESS, priorizando las que más impacto tengan y las que sean estratégicamente más relevantes.

• Coordinar y Priorizar los mensajes en la EESS de todas las areas de Negocio, asegurando el perfecto Customer Journey y máximo impacto comercial.

Responsable de gestionar y optimizar todo el proceso de comunicación con las EESS:

• Integración y encaje de las diferentes segmentaciones de cada Negocio con las prioridades y objetivos de comunicación establecidos.

• Diseño, Desarrollo y Ejecución de toda la comunicación y material PLV en la EESS. Incluyendo coordinación con agencias de Diseño, Proveedores de producción de materiales, servicios de Logística e instalación, líderes los Business Drivers y Business Units, así como las EESS.

• Resolver las incidencias de Trade en coordinación con las areas implicadas (SAC Dealer, Mkt y TM Manager y Red).

Coordinación del Análisis de Promociones en EESS:

• Preparar junto a los BUs, BDs, Mkt y TM Manager los datos y planteamientos de los Business Cases

• Diseñar y Actualizar los cuadros de Mando y KPIs de las acciones y pilotos del departamento, en coordinación con los Mkt Managers.

• Estableciendo los Key Learning más relevantes del Plan Comercial en su conjunto, que determinarán el próximo plan comercial.

Facturación, Seguimiento y Control Presupuestario:

• Cooridnación del presupuesto de inversiones de Trade Marketing de la división de Mobility.

• Asegurar la ejecución, gestión de contratos y pedidos de Proveedores y stakeholders internos.
