The role

Manufacturing of products and their direct packaging from tanks in large formats, complying with established procedures at all times.

What you'll do

  • Guarantee compliance with applicable regulations (external and internal), especially in Industrial and Occupational Safety, manuals, procedures, and work instructions (Zero accidents).

  • Execute all stages of the manufacturing processes assigned by Manufacturing, including transfers, drum emptying, handling of raw materials, and recording in the corresponding route sheet.

  • Verify the extraction of samples from each manufactured batch and their delivery to the laboratory.

  • Perform all stages of the direct large-format packaging (20LT, 208LT, and IBC) assigned by Manufacturing, including the provisioning of containers and packaging materials.

  • Label products according to procedures, ensuring the traceability of materials.

  • Execute tasks and maintenance adjustments required for the correct operation of assigned equipment and to minimize downtime, as well as other complementary tasks in order to achieve greater efficiency.

  • Maintain circuits in safe conditions after each manufacturing or large-scale packaging operation, performing the required checks and documentation controls.
