Requirements

What we're looking for

· Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Administration or similar

· Having a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.

· We are thinking of an organized person with a patient orientation and attention to detail. With communication skills, empathy, teamwork, and proactivity with the capacity to resolve incidents.

Nice to have

· We positively value having training/experience as a TCAE or in the health sector

The role

Therefore, we are looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE professional for the Salou center located in Tarragona.

Manage correct administrative and quality care for patients and the extraction center, performing those service tasks that are necessary for correct operation.

What you'll do

· In-person and telephone assistance to patients and relatives.

· Management of appointments, admissions, and accompaniment during care processes.

· Resolution of basic inquiries related to services, procedures, and schedules.

· Registration and updating of data in internal systems.

· Support for the healthcare team in basic care tasks according to protocol.

· Coordination with the different professionals at the center to ensure correct user care.

· Ensure the well-being of the patient from reception until their departure.
