The role

Currently, we are looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE TELEPHONE AGENT IN CATALAN. 31H/WEEK WORKING DAY. MORNING OR AFTERNOON SHIFT. PERMANENT CONTRACT

What you'll do

Functions: Telephone agent to manage telephone or email inquiries regarding everything related to customer service, invoice inquiries, potential changes, etc., both over the phone and in Back office

How you'll work

Contract: Permanent

Working day: Monday to Friday with alternating Saturdays per month + local and regional holidays.

Working day sized and flexible between:

  • MORNING Shift: 31h/week from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • AFTERNOON Shift: 31h/week from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Start date: 16/09/2026

Work area: Reus, Tarragona
