The role

We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to manage and coordinate maintenance activities in the elevator sector. The position is based in Madrid and requires previous experience in team management in the maintenance area.

What you'll do

Supervise and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities at facilities.
Conduct audits, taking safety as the main objective
Ensure compliance with established quality and security standards.
Experience in customer service
Manage the maintenance team, ensuring proper training and performance.
Optimize the use of resources and materials to improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure continuity of operations.
Prepare and manage budgets related to the maintenance area.
Implement technical and operational improvements in maintenance processes.
Prepare periodic reports on the condition of facilities and team performance.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

Previous experience in maintenance team management in the Industrial / Manufacturing / Facilities sector
Ability to lead teams and manage continuous improvement projects.
Ability to work under pressure and make strategic decisions.
Proficiency in computer tools related to maintenance management.
English proficiency is valued
Driver's license
