Requirements
What we're looking for
The person joining must demonstrate solid knowledge in:

The role
CIDETEC will select a person to join its Administration area.
What you'll do
Your role will focus on:
- Accounting and financial management:
- Recording of invoices received from suppliers and creditors.
- Execution and monitoring of periodic bank reconciliations.
- Analytical accounting and project order management:
- Review of internal orders for their proper assignment to analytical project accounting.
- Active internal communication with different departments for the claim and monitoring of pending order requests to ensure correct project allocation.
- Supplier relations:
- Liaison and fluid communication with suppliers for various administrative tasks and incidents.
- Communication with external advisors for potential accounting/tax queries.
- Management of grant justifications and audits
- Support in the preparation of documentation required for the justification of public grants.
- Collaboration in the complete process of preparing annual accounts and support during the internal and external audit processes.
- Optimization and continuous improvement:
- Analysis and identification of improvement opportunities, proposing task automation, optimization of internal procedures, and updating of information systems.
