What you'll get

Contract: Permanent from day one, guaranteeing job stability.
Salary: €23,909 gross per year (plus an attendance bonus of €240/month whenever there are no absences from the workplace).
The Saturday that must be worked (every 6 weeks), the hour will be paid at €16.93/h gross.

The role

Do you have studies in CFGM/CFGS Administration and Finance and/or similar, do you have accounting knowledge, and are you looking for a stable position? This is your opportunity!

What you'll do

Review of credit classifications and modifications, updating customer files in coordination with the sales team.

Management of risk claims.

Internal customer service (information on outstanding balances, due dates, registering authorized persons, and updating customer projects...)

Invoicing: invoice modifications, claims for discounts and prices, invoice registration...

Review of Unpaid Invoices.

Settlement of receipts.

Bank reconciliation.

Cash closing

Control of overdue invoices, customer collections.

SEPA review

Management of transfers and payments.

How you'll work

Schedule: Monday to Wednesday: From 08:00h to 13:00h / 14:30 to 18:00h

Thursday: 8:00 to 13:00h / 16:30 to 19:00h

Friday: from 8:00 to 14:00h

Every 6 weeks, 1 Saturday will be worked from 9:00 to 13:00h and on the Friday of the same week there will be a schedule from 8:00 to 11:00h / 14:30 to 19:00h.
