Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Stable position with a permanent contract.
Project with career progression within an expanding company.
Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
Schedule from Monday to Thursday from 08:00 h to 14:00 h and from 15:00 h to 17:30 h.
Intensive workday on Fridays from 08:00 h to 14:00 h.

At Marlex People, we are collaborating with a specialized company that is looking for an Administrative Technician (Purchasing and Operations) for its offices in Viladecavalls.

What you'll do

As part of the Administration, Operations, and Accounting team, you will be responsible for:

Preparing and managing commercial offers and quotes for clients. Reviewing the technical and economic conditions of projects.
Monitoring projects and maintaining fluid communication with clients and key accounts.
Managing incidents and coordinating different operational needs.
Managing orders to suppliers and controlling the receipt of materials.
Verifying supplier invoices and coordinating the shipment of materials to the site.
Performing basic accounting tasks, including recording invoices, issuing invoices to clients, and monitoring collections and payments.
Managing the administrative relationship with clients and suppliers.
