What we're looking for

Minimum qualification of FPII or Higher Level Vocational Training in Administration.
Level of Basque B2.
English B2 level.

Nice to have

An organized, responsible person with attention to detail.
Interest in the field of personnel administration and labor management.
Desire to learn and work in a team

The role

Would you like to work in the field of personnel administration? We are looking for a person with a desire to learn, organizational capacity, and a proactive attitude to join our team.

What you'll do

Manage time tracking, absences, vacations, settlements, and other labor incidents for the correct preparation of payroll.
Distribute payroll and attend to any inquiries that may arise in relation to them.
Keep information regarding members and workers of the assigned areas up to date.
Collect and process documentation related to Lagun-Aro: direct payments, enrollments and cancellations of beneficiaries, contributions, and other associated procedures.
Manage and update the documentation, files, and information systems of the area.
Process social security matters, as well as the enrollments and cancellations due to temporary disability (IT) of workers included in the General Social Security Scheme.
