The role

We are looking to hire an HR and Personnel Management Administrator to provide comprehensive support for recruitment processes, labor administration, and coordination of worker and site documentation.

The selected candidate will be responsible for administrative management related to personnel, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and current regulations.

What you'll do

Management of selection and recruitment processes:
- Analysis of hiring needs.
- Publication of job offers.
- Resume screening and initial contact with candidates.
Management and control of site documentation:
- Use of prevention platforms and coordination of business activities (CAP).
- Preparation and updating of documentation required for site access.
Administrative and cost control management:
- Allocation of expenses to work orders and projects.
- Monitoring and control of worker expenses.
Personnel management:
- Coordination of mandatory worker training.
- Management of medical check-ups.
- Control and distribution of PPE.
- Organization of travel and accommodation.
Labor administration:
- Processing of employee registrations, terminations, and modifications in coordination with the management office.
- Filing and updating of employee records.
Management of posted workers:
- Preparation and monitoring of documentation required for international postings.
- Coordination of administrative procedures related to international mobility.
