Do you have experience leading technical teams in industrial maintenance or industrial vehicle environments? We are looking for a Workshop Manager to oversee the activities of a specialized repair center, coordinating people, resources, and operations to ensure efficient, safe, and customer-oriented service.

You will be responsible for the overall management of the workshop, ensuring the proper coordination of the technical team, resources, and daily operations.

Among your main functions will be:

Personnel management

• Coordinate, organize, and supervise the daily work of the technical team.
• Distribute work orders and set priorities.
• Manage vacations, permits, and absences of staff.
• Provide technical support for incidents or complex repairs.
• Identify training needs and foster team development.

Operational management

• Plan and organize maintenance and repair activities.
• Supervise the quality of the work carried out.
• Monitor repair times and productivity.
• Manage tools, equipment, and material resources.
• Ensure the order and proper condition of the facilities.

Economic management and customer service

• Prepare budgets and monitor costs.
• Coordinate with other departments for proper planning.
• Maintain fluid communication with internal and external customers.

Safety and environment

• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Supervise the proper use of personal protective equipment.
• Ensure proper waste management and promote a safe working environment.

Continuous improvement

• Drive improvements in workshop efficiency and productivity.
• Participate in the implementation of procedures and best practices.
• Collaborate with other areas to achieve operational objectives.

• Leadership position with autonomy to manage an established workshop.

• Higher Vocational Training in Mechatronics, Automotive, Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or similar.
• Previous experience managing workshop teams and coordinating maintenance and repair activities.
• Knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electricity.
• Ability to interpret electrical and hydraulic diagrams.
• Experience in sectors such as industrial vehicles, public works machinery, lifting platforms, forklifts, agricultural machinery, or heavy machinery.
• Proficiency in computer tools and Microsoft Office suite.
• Driving license is a plus.
• Profile with leadership, organizational, and customer-oriented skills.
