What are we looking for?

• Minimum 5 years of experience in social media management, social media management, or content marketing in high organic demand environments.
• Demonstrable experience in native content creation (vertical video, reels, stories) and natural camera presence.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and native platform analytics to measure the real return of social media activity.
• Experience managing influencer collaborations and community activations.
• Proficiency in production tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere) and AI applied to content.
• Degree in Digital Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Advertising, or related fields.
• Native Spanish and intermediate English. 

• Valuable: experience in automotive, e-commerce, or marketplaces.

Your Mission

Build and consolidate Clicars' digital presence as a benchmark in the used vehicle buying and selling sector in Spain, converting followers into customers through high-impact organic content and an active digital community.

What will your day-to-day look like?

• Define and execute the social media strategy: priority platforms, content pillars, tone of voice, posting cadence, and measurement framework.
• Plan and publish native content adapted to each platform: vertical video, reels, carousels, stories, live streams, and threads.
• Optimize content for algorithms and work on Social Search (TikTok Search, Instagram Explore, YouTube Search).
• Analyze audiences, monitor metrics, and prepare periodic actionable reports for internal teams and management.
• Identify and manage collaborations with influencers and content creators aligned with Clicars' values.
• Design community activations (giveaways, challenges, contests, UGC) to increase organic reach.
• Lead social media coverage of events, launches, market studies, and media appearances.
• Design workflows using AI tools to scale content production efficiently.
• Appear on camera as the voice and face of Clicars on social media: explanatory videos, product tours, live streams, and activations.
• Continuous improvement of area processes: Proactively identify inefficiencies in social media workflows (production, publishing, reporting, influencer management) and propose and implement operational improvements. 
• Document processes, update methodologies based on results, and contribute to the evolution of the area beyond day-to-day execution.
