Demand Generation Specialist

Requirements:

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration and Management, Business, or similar.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Active listening skills and customer orientation.
• Experience using CRM, especially Salesforce or similar tools.
• Analytical capacity, initiative, creativity, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Ability to work in hybrid environments, combining in-person and remote work.
• Proactive, autonomous person with a capacity for continuous learning and a focus on teamwork.
• Advanced level of Spanish and English, both spoken and written.

• Previous experience in commercial environments related to professional services or complex products is valued.

• Manage and follow up on contacts and leads assigned by the Partners.
• Arrange meetings and videoconferences between EIM Partners and company executives.
• Support business growth by facilitating contact with potential clients.
• Identify EIM service needs across different client segments.
• Collaborate on sales and marketing campaigns using CRM tools.
• Participate in the definition, improvement, and maintenance of demand generation processes and tools.
• Perform commercial research tasks to identify new business opportunities.
• Keep the database up to date and document the activities performed.
• Collaborate closely with the Demand Generation team and Partners to develop commercial plans.
