Clínicas Dorsía, a leader in aesthetic medicine and surgery in Spain and part of the WM Clinics group, is looking for an Area Manager to lead the management of several clinics in their assigned area. This role is key to supervising and optimizing the operation of the assigned clinics, guaranteeing compliance with operating standards, service quality, patient experience, and economic results, in coordination with the commercial, medical, and support areas.

• Supervise the daily operations of the assigned clinics.
• Guarantee the fulfillment of business objectives (billing, profitability, conversion, etc.).
• Ensure the correct execution of operating and care protocols.
• Monitor operational and economic KPIs (sales, productivity, occupancy, average ticket, etc.).
• Detect deviations and define corrective action plans.
• Coordinate and support clinic managers in daily management.
• Ensure quality in patient care and the correct experience in the clinic.
• Collaborate with the commercial area to drive conversion and results.
• Coordinate with HR regarding teams (onboarding, performance, incidents, climate).
• Supervise the correct planning of schedules, resources, and care capacity.
• Guarantee compliance with health regulations, OHS, and data protection in the clinics.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement and process optimization.
• Participate in the opening of new clinics or expansion projects.

• Demonstrable experience in team management and coordination of multiple centers or units.
• Knowledge of the healthcare sector, preferably in aesthetic medicine or clinical settings.
• Leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to work towards objectives.
• Result orientation, with strategic vision and analytical capacity.
• University degree in administration, healthcare management, business, or related fields.
