FUNCTIONS:

The Central Area Manager is the person primarily responsible for the planning and coordination of all operational and commercial management within their area. Their main objective is the contracting of new urban services, guaranteeing business profitability, excellent quality in the execution of contracts, and maximum customer satisfaction. The Madrid and Central delegations operate under their direction.

Their main functions:

Supervision and management of public contracts
Resource planning
Control of the profit and loss account of the contracts under their direction for expenditure optimization.
Client retention.
Detection of opportunities, commercial management, and contracting.
Collaboration with the studies department on tenders
Knowledge of contract law.
