The role
We are looking for a Sales Manager with solid experience in consultative selling, commercial team management, and results analysis. This position is key to accompanying, training, and optimizing the commercial performance of the assigned clinics, ensuring the correct application of the Dorsia-Origen sales model and the fulfillment of turnover, conversion, and commercial quality objectives.
What you'll do
- Implement and reinforce the commercial model in the assigned clinics.
- Analyze commercial results and KPIs (turnover, ratios, average price, conversion).
- Train, accompany, and develop the clinics' commercial team.
- Detect commercial deviations and define corrective action plans.
- Perform on-site and remote monitoring of the clinics.
- Ensure the correct use of the CRM (internal ERP) and commercial protocols.
- Drive the commercial methodology and internal work from within the clinic.
- Report evolution and results to the Commercial Management.
