The role

From Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with an established group in the machinery rental and sales sector, in the search for a Commercial Advisor to strengthen their presence in the province of Málaga.

If you have commercial DNA, technical knowledge of the machinery sector, and want to grow with a leading group in full expansion... we are looking for you!

What you'll do

· Prospecting, acquiring, and retaining clients in the assigned area, offering comprehensive solutions for both machinery rental and sales (earthmoving, lifting, energy, and industry).

• Actively identifying and visiting construction, industrial, and service companies in the province of Málaga.

• Analyzing client needs to recommend the most efficient machinery in terms of technical specifications, capacities, and consumption.

• Preparing budgets and closing rental contracts and sales transactions for new and used machinery.

• Managing the existing client portfolio and recovering inactive accounts.

• Reporting on commercial activity and monitoring competitor trends in the area.

You are the ideal candidate if...

· You have at least 5 years of commercial experience in the machinery sector (rental/sales) or related fields such as industrial supplies, construction materials, or industrial vehicle rental.

• You have demonstrable familiarity with machinery brands and types: excavators, aerial work platforms, generators, etc.

• You bring an active client portfolio in the Málaga area.

• You have strong negotiation skills, autonomy, and a results-oriented mindset.

• You reside near Málaga.

• You hold a valid driver's license.
