The role

CEVA Finished Vehicle Logistics Spain is looking for a committed Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Professional with solid knowledge to join our team at the Tarragona site. This role is fundamental to our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety, health, and environmental compliance across all our logistics operations.

As a Health, Safety, and Environment Professional, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and supervising HSE policies and procedures, aligned with both company standards and regulatory requirements.

You will work in close collaboration with our Finished Vehicle Logistics division to ensure that all operations adhere to best practices that safeguard the well-being of our personnel, contractors, customers, and the environment.

This position offers the opportunity to influence a critical aspect of our business, driving sustainable practices and promoting a safety culture that supports CEVA's reputation as a leader in the logistics sector.

What you'll do

Develop, review, and update HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations.

Conduct periodic risk assessments and safety audits at the Muelle Andalucía (Tarragona) facilities, identifying potential hazards and implementing corrective actions.

Lead incident investigations, analyzing root causes and recommending preventive measures to avoid recurrence. Deliver HSE training and awareness programs to all personnel and contractors, fostering a proactive safety culture.

Monitor environmental aspects such as waste management, emissions, and resource consumption, supporting sustainability initiatives.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (including Quality, Operations, and Healthcare units) to integrate HSE considerations into daily work routines.

Prepare and present accurate reports on HSE performance metrics to management and regulatory bodies as appropriate. Stay up to date on HSE legislation developments and industry best practices, advising management on necessary adjustments.
