Requirements
What we're looking for
- Solid experience in database administration, especially DB2 (3 - 5 years).
- Knowledge and experience in Oracle and PostgreSQL.
- Experience in performance analysis and SQL Tuning.
- Ability to interpret execution plans and identify bottlenecks.
- Knowledge of Linux/AIX and Shell Scripting.
- Experience in automation of administration and monitoring tasks.
Nice to have
- Valuable experience in high-criticality corporate environments and production support.

Are you passionate about critical environments and high-availability databases? At Cobser Consulting, we are looking for a Database Administrator to join a stable project, participating in the management, optimization, and evolution of technological platforms key to the business.
What you'll do
- Administration, maintenance, and evolution of DB2, Oracle, and PostgreSQL environments.
- Change management and deployments in production and pre-production environments.
- Creation and modification of database objects (tables, indexes, views, and procedures).
- Monitoring, diagnosis, and incident resolution.
- Performance analysis and SQL query optimization.
- Review of indexes, data access, and execution plans.
- Automation of operational tasks through scripting.
- Collaboration with development, systems, and operations teams.
- Preparation of technical documentation and operating procedures.
How you'll work
- On-site modality in Madrid (Las Rozas).
