Requirements

What we're looking for

More than 2 years of experience in Junior Analyst, Assistant Project Manager, or similar positions.

Good knowledge of data management and analysis, including mass processing and cross-referencing of different sources/databases.

Basic knowledge of project management.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Good level of English, both oral and written.

Organized, autonomous, and rigorous profile.

Nice to have

Experience in large companies with international infrastructures is valued.

Power BI will be valued.

The role

At Cobser Consulting, we are looking to hire a Junior Project Manager / IT Data Analyst to collaborate on strategic projects within an international environment.

What you'll do

Duties

Support for the CIO team in local and global strategic programs.

Management and review of information related to IT Asset Management.

Analysis, cross-referencing, and validation of data from different sources.

Detection and correction of inconsistencies in the information.

Coordination with business and IT managers.

Monitoring of processes and support in Project Management tasks.

Creation of procedures, user guides, and documentation.

User support for internal processes and procedures.
