Requirements

What we're looking for

Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration + Analytics, Physics, or similar.
2 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, data, or project management.
Advanced Excel skills.
Knowledge of SQL.
Basic knowledge of Business Intelligence (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Familiarity with databases and data analysis.
High level of English (International project).

Nice to have

Valuable academic or professional experience in:
- Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
- Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Marketing Automation.

The role

We are looking for a Junior Business & Data Consultant to join a consulting team specialized in digital transformation, data analysis, and business process optimization, collaborating in the analysis of needs, data exploitation, definition of solutions, and support in the execution of technological and business projects.

What you'll do

Participate in business consulting and digital transformation projects.
Analyze information and data to identify improvement opportunities.
Collaborate in the definition of functional and technical requirements.
Prepare functional documentation, presentations, and reports for clients.
Support project management and monitoring.
Participate in the construction and validation of dashboards and indicators (KPIs).

How you'll work

Location: Madrid.
Remote work policy: 4 days remote work/week.
