The role
What you'll do
- Manage hardware incidents for those clients who have a maintenance service contract and provide quotes for those who do not in order to make offers.
- Identify the computer equipment renewal needs of clients to advise on the purchase of new equipment.
- Perform the installation of computer equipment in pharmacy offices with the objective of equipping the client with both peripheral installations and the equipment itself.
- Solve incidents remotely with the objective of making the service more efficient by avoiding travel.
- Perform weekly activity reports at the client's site to keep their manager informed.

Technical knowledge: Vocational Training (FP) in Microcomputer Systems and Networks.
