In this role, you will be the strategic partner for laboratories and healthcare centers in the region, establishing relationships of deep trust and understanding the challenges of the local health ecosystem.
Your mission will be to drive business success by leveraging the innovation of our diagnostic specialties portfolio and optimizing our clients' workflows. What you'll do
- Execution and Commercial Strategy: Implement the action plans and strategies defined for your territory to achieve and exceed annual targets, gaining market share and meeting the business KPIs.
- Identification of Challenges and Co-creation: Identify the needs of both laboratory professionals and the economic and management leadership of the centers, proposing differentiated solutions that deliver real value.
- Stakeholder Management (360°): Build and maintain close relationships with laboratory technical staff and with key hospital areas (procurement, finance, and hospital management), ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
- Internal Liaison and Collaboration: After agreements are signed, you will ensure that systems and reagents are implemented flawlessly in the laboratories, working closely with our technical support and applications teams.
- Expertise and Technical Demonstrations: Develop in-depth knowledge of the Core Lab portfolio, delivering high-impact presentations and product demonstrations that resolve customer questions and highlight our differentiated value.
