What we're looking for

  • University degree in Health Sciences or Engineering.
  • Minimum of three years of experience as a Pharmaceutical Technology professional or in a similar position.
  • Knowledge of GMP standards.
  • Advanced knowledge of statistics.
  • Basic knowledge of project management.
  • Advanced knowledge of office tools, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Basic knowledge of IT tools for project management, such as Microsoft Project or similar.
  • Fluent level of spoken and written English, equivalent to the First Certificate.

The role

Your role:

What you'll do

  • You will design and improve new manufacturing and cleaning processes, including process lifecycle management, applying the principles of safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • You will lead and coordinate the work team, prepare the necessary documentation to carry out validations, and perform manufacturing monitoring when applicable.
  • You will be the point of reference for the processes and products under your responsibility, identifying opportunities for improvement in processes and cleaning, as well as defining the most suitable options in accordance with the principles of safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • You will be responsible for carrying out process revalidations and the continuous verification of processes and cleaning under your responsibility, within the product lifecycle.
  • You will participate in the approval of new supplier companies and in supplier changes.
  • You will define the validity times between the different stages of manufacturing intermediate products.
  • You will define the process control strategy.
  • You will provide support in the management of incidents related to production processes that may arise during routine batch manufacturing.
  • You will evaluate changes driven both from your area and from other areas of the organization.
  • You will provide support in the management of deviations and investigations with an impact on product or production process quality, as well as in the definition and monitoring of associated corrective and preventive actions.

You will develop these tasks in collaboration with other areas and functions, and you will be part of project teams to implement new processes or facilities.
